- Where can I find your products and can I buy them from you?
- All of our products are sold directly to the retail channels. Select Brands, Inc will offer a limited product assortment for direct sales online. Currently you can find our products at a variety of retail centers, including mass merchants, grocery and drug chains, home improvement centers, catalogs, gourmet retailers, specialty shops, and on-line retailers. For more specific information please contact our customer service department.
- How can I get a copy of your catalog?
- Select Brands, Inc sells merchandise directly to retailers, so there is not a catalog available. You can view photos and descriptions of our products in our Products section.
- How do I purchase replacement parts, such as coffee carafes, additional slow cooker inserts, slicer blades, etc?
- Some of the replacement parts will be available for online ordering. If you cannot find the part you are looking for online please call our customer service department at 913-663-4500 or e-mail at marketing@selectbrands.com. Please provide the product model number and the name of the part (found in the instruction manual), to insure we get you the correct part. Not all parts are replaceable. Some parts may not be available.
- Can I purchase internal replacement parts for my product?
- No. For your safety, we do not offer internal components as replacement parts.
- Questions about Use & Care...
- Where can I get another copy of my product instruction booklet?
- You can view a printable version of all Select Brands, Inc Use and Care manuals. For specific instructions on how to do download a booklet, go to our Use and Care section.
- Where can I find the model number of my product?
- The model number is located on the cover of the Use & Care manual. The model number is also located on the bottom of the product if you do not have the manual. Then go to the Use and Care section and download a new manual. These manuals contain important information.
- Can metal parts and attachments be placed in the dishwasher?
- Many removable parts, such as a cutter assembly from a can opener or blender, hand mixer beaters, etc are dishwasher safe, but you should always refer to your product owner's manual. To prolong the life of your product, we recommend hand washing and drying parts and accessories.
- Does any of the slow cooker stoneware contain lead?
- No. All stoneware is FDA approved and never contains lead or cadmium.
- The bottom of my stoneware in my slow cooker is not glazed. Is this a defect?
- No, sometimes the stoneware is not glazed on the bottom surface. This is a result of the baking of the glaze. When the glaze is heated to the stoneware, the crockery must sit on something, not allowing the entire bottom to be coated. Always use caution when placing stoneware on a table or countertop.
- How durable is the insert in my slow cooker?
- Stoneware should not be used on the stovetop and should never be placed under a broiler. Stoneware will not withstand thermal shock (sudden temperature changes).
- Questions about Service...
- My product is not working correctly, but was bought less than one year ago.
- Please refer to your use and care booklet for the product warranty information. The best way to replace your product is to return the product, with the receipt, if possible, to the retail outlet where it was purchased. A replacement or refund may be offered at the discretion of the retailer. If for some reason a return is not possible, please contact our customer service department. If the product was purchased more than one year ago we recommend that you take it to a repair center.
