Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Central Standard Time.
You may expect to see your order at your door 5 to 10 business days after your order is placed, depending on where you live.
To see whether your order has shipped or to obtain a tracking number, enter your order number or customer number in the form. For more detail about your shipment, use your tracking number and the information below.
If you already have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can enter your Customer ID or Order Number above. We use the following shipping companies when fulfilling your order.
Packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order is shipped. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, household requirements and various contracts, certain factors keep us from shipping products to specific geographical locations. Housewares (in particular kitchen appliances) usually can only ship to locations within the United States. Certain products can ship to Canada and/or Mexico.
